These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Airreservations website and all services provided by Airreservations ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and make bookings. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings, or to book on behalf of others without their authorization. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion.
2. Booking and Reservations
All flight bookings made through Airreservations are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective airline. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation and booking reference number from us. Prices displayed are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and full payment is received. It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger details, including names, dates of birth, and passport information, are entered correctly at the time of booking. Airreservations is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by you.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All transactions are processed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount. In the event of a payment failure or chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and pursue recovery of any amounts owed. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Airline Tickets and Travel Documents
Airreservations acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines. The contract of carriage is between you and the airline, and the airline's own terms and conditions apply to your flight. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation, for all destinations on your itinerary. We strongly recommend checking entry requirements with the relevant embassies or consulates before travel. Airreservations is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from your failure to obtain or maintain valid travel documents.
5. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings, including date changes, name corrections, or route modifications, are subject to the airline's change policies and may incur additional fees charged by the airline plus a service fee from Airreservations. Change requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. We will endeavor to process change requests promptly, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made in all circumstances. Some fare types are non-changeable, and in such cases, a new booking may be required.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by airline, fare type, and route. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page for full details. In general, refunds are subject to the airline's fare rules and may be subject to cancellation fees. Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded except in cases of airline-initiated cancellations or significant schedule changes. Airreservations service fees are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations
Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights at any time. Airreservations will endeavor to notify you of any significant changes to your itinerary as soon as we are informed by the airline. In the event of an airline-initiated cancellation, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or rebooking in accordance with the airline's policies. Airreservations is not responsible for any losses, costs, or inconveniences caused by airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, including but not limited to accommodation costs, connecting travel, or missed events.
8. Limitation of Liability
Airreservations acts solely as an agent for airlines and other travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any airline, hotel, or other third-party service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Airreservations does not provide travel insurance. The purchase of travel insurance is entirely at your discretion. We are not liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Airreservations website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Airreservations or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
